Shelli Long founded Innovative Fundraisers in 1990 to provide quality products, incentives, and service to Central Florida, Northeast Florida, and South Georgia. As a former teacher, Shelli is hyper-aware of the demands on teachers and volunteers, and has made it a goal to take the burden off those folks trying to make things better for our students.
Meet Shelli
Shelli D. Long is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in music education, specializing in conducting, voice and piano performance. She continued graduate conducting studies at the University of South Florida.
She moved to Jacksonville, FL to begin her fundraising career after teaching for a number of years. Her greatest joy is seeing the new instruments, and travel pictures, knowing that she was a part of helping to make those events and items happen by providing the products and motivational tools to teachers, coaches, students, and parents.
She is an active member of the music and theatre community in NE Florida. Both on and off the stage, she has served as actress, choreographer, costumer, props supervisor, music director and stage director as well as leading a traditional worship service at Community Presbyterian Church. She is also a member of the Jacksonville Symphony Chorus.
She is the parent to two beautiful fur babies, Tipp and Briggs, seal point Siamese that were feral and now are living their best life inside forever!
